AeroPress è un modo completamente nuovo per fare il caffè filtro e per estrarre aromi e gusti con un livello di qualità che finora non era possibile utilizzando i tradizionali sistemi di estrazione. Il segreto sta nella bassa temperatura di estrazione e nella totale immersione della polvere di caffè nell’acqua. Ciò permette di ottenere un sapore ricco con un basso grado di acidità e poca amarezza.

Il sistema di è molto semplice e veloce, oltre che flessibile. L’acqua e la polvere di caffè rimangono in infusione quanto si desidera a seconda del risultato che si vuole ottenere: per una tazza più dolce e delicata, l’infusione dura pochi secondi, mentre se si desidera un gusto più deciso e con una nota di amaro, basta prolungare il tempo di infusione. 
Terminato il tempo di infusione, si esercita una delicata pressione grazie al pistone in dotazione: a questo punto la pressione estrae dall’acqua caratteristiche aromatiche che normalmente nel caffè filtro rimangono inespresse.

AeroPress is a completely new way to make filter coffee and to extract flavors and tastes with a level of quality that until now was not possible using traditional extraction systems. The secret lies in the low extraction temperature and the total immersion of the coffee powder in the water. This allows to obtain a rich flavor with a low degree of acidity and little bitterness.

The preparation system is very simple and fast, as well as flexible. Water and coffee powder remain infused as much as you want depending on the result you want to obtain: for a sweeter and more delicate cup, the infusion lasts a few seconds, while if you want a stronger taste with a note of bitter, just prolong the infusion time. Once the infusion time is over, a gentle pressure is exerted thanks to the supplied piston: at this point the pressure extracts from the water aromatic characteristics that normally remain unexpressed in the filter coffee.
